Return Process

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all flooring planks or tiles are in their original, unopened packaging and securely fixed to a pallet or boxed to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection

  Choose between using our discounted specialist courier service for heavy flooring goods or arranging your own transport to our central UK warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
